Refund and Cancellation Policy

Draverton WebUpdated August 29, 2026

1. General approach

Draverton Web works on fixed projects or monthly support arrangements. Refund and cancellation terms can be adjusted in a written proposal or service agreement for the engagement. This Policy applies when a project-specific term does not provide a different rule.

2. Before work begins

A request or estimate does not create a payment obligation by itself. If a project requires a deposit or other advance payment, the applicable invoice or written agreement should identify it. If Draverton Web cannot begin the agreed work for a reason within its control, the parties may discuss rescheduling or a refund of an unearned advance, subject to any disclosed non-refundable third-party cost.

3. Cancellation by the client

A client may ask to cancel by written notice using the business email address. The client may be responsible for completed work, reserved project time, approved third-party purchases, and other non-recoverable costs that were authorized for the engagement. Any remaining balance or refund is calculated against the written scope and the work completed at the time of cancellation.

4. Work in progress

Digital work is often created or configured in stages. Once a deliverable, configuration, consultation, or other service has been performed, the related amount may not be refundable simply because the client later changes direction. If a material issue remains within the agreed scope, Draverton Web will have a reasonable opportunity to review and correct it where appropriate.

5. Monthly support

Monthly Website Maintenance and Support may be cancelled for a future billing period by written notice before the next period begins, unless a written agreement states a different notice period. Work already completed during a paid period, approved one-time work, and third-party charges are not automatically refundable.

6. Scope changes and pauses

A request to pause, change, or expand a project may affect the schedule and price. If a project remains paused because required materials, access, feedback, or payment are missing, reserved time may be released and the parties may need to confirm a new schedule before work resumes.

7. Third-party charges

Domain registration, hosting, paid software, plugins, stock assets, transaction fees, and other third-party purchases are subject to the provider’s own policies. Draverton Web cannot promise a refund for a third-party charge that the provider does not refund.

8. How to request a review

Send a written request to projects@dravertonweb.com with the project reference, the date of payment if available, the reason for the request, and the resolution sought. Draverton Web may request information needed to match the request to the relevant project or payment.

9. No automatic refund for business outcomes

A refund is not triggered solely because a website does not produce a particular ranking, revenue level, conversion rate, speed score, or other business outcome. Those outcomes can depend on factors outside the services supplied.

10. Contact

Questions about cancellations or refunds may be directed to projects@dravertonweb.com or by written request to 16800 E Mississippi Ave, Aurora, CO 80017.
